Go from TEM 1–3 to Level 4/5 — for real this time
TEM Level Up is the only AI-powered coaching school built exclusively for MSCS teachers — using your actual rubric, real observation scenarios, and artifact coaching to get you the score your teaching deserves.

"I won't tell you what to say — I'll make you prove you know it, then I'll show you exactly why your evaluator would score it a Level 4."
— Karen Wirt

What you'll learn
What you'll be able to do
- Accurately self-diagnose your current TEM performance level using official MSCS rubric language and observable evidence

- Defend your instructional decisions in a simulated MSCS post-observation conference using precise TEM vocabulary
- Design and complete classroom artifacts (exit ticket systems, student goal-tracking sheets, feedback logs) that serve as concrete Level 4/5 evidence for observers
- Navigate all four MSCS observational phases — Formal Announced, Unannounced Walkthrough, Mid-Year Review, and End-of-Year — with a tailored preparation strategy for each
- Earn verifiable PD credit by demonstrating Level 4 or 5 mastery on targeted TEM indicators through coach-approved simulation checkpoints

Who it's for
Is this you?
The First-Year MSCS Teacher
She's still building her classroom systems and wants to understand the TEM rubric from the ground up before her first formal observation.
The Veteran Stuck at Level 3
He's been teaching for years but keeps landing at a 3 — and needs rubric-precise feedback to break through the ceiling.
The Comeback Teacher
She received a Level 1 or 2 last cycle and needs a structured, confidence-building path back to strong, evidence-based instruction.
The Lesson Plan Perfectionist
He designs detailed plans but struggles to translate that prep into observable Level 4/5 moves that evaluators actually record.
The Mid-Year Growth Seeker
She received tough mid-year feedback and wants a targeted, phase-specific strategy to show measurable growth before the End-of-Year review.
The PD Credit Hunter
He needs verifiable, district-aligned professional development hours and wants credit that actually sharpens his classroom practice, not just fills a checkbox.

A note from your teacher
Karen Wirt
I want to ask you something direct: when you got that observation score, did the feedback actually tell you what to do differently on Tuesday?
If the answer is no — if you left that post-observation conference with a printout, a score, and a vague suggestion to "increase rigor" — then you already know the problem. The TEM rubric is a precise instrument, but most of the support teachers receive around it is anything but. You deserve a coach who sits in that gap with you, who speaks the rubric's language fluently, and who won't let you off the hook with a generic response.
That's what I built TEM Level Up to be. Every lesson, every simulation, every checkpoint in this school is designed around one question: what does a Level 4 or 5 actually look like in this moment, in an MSCS classroom, with real students? Not in theory. In practice. We work through aggressive monitoring — not as a buzzword, but as a specific physical routine you embed into your lesson plan. We work through cold calling — not as a scary accountability tactic, but as a structured system that raises student participation and shows your evaluator a classroom where every student is responsible for the learning. We work through artifact design so that when your observer looks for evidence of responsive teaching, it's sitting right there in a feedback log or a student goal-tracking sheet you built intentionally.
I also know that the MSCS observational calendar doesn't stop. Cycle 1 comes fast. Cycle 2 is unannounced by design. Mid-Year asks you to show growth with data. End-of-Year wants a growth plan that actually reflects forward thinking. This school prepares you for all of it — not generically, but phase by phase, with strategies matched to what evaluators are specifically looking for at each moment in the year.
Here's what I need from you: honesty. The self-diagnosis module works only if you're willing to look at your current practice clearly. The simulations work only if you engage with them like they're real — because they're designed to feel real. And the checkpoints work only if you're willing to sit with feedback, revise your thinking, and come back stronger. When you get there — when you demonstrate Level 4 or 5 mastery at a coach-approved checkpoint — you'll earn your Certificate of Completion and verifiable PD credit you can submit to the district.
You already do this work every day. Let's make sure your score finally says so.
